All of our products are designed and made in house to order. Typically, your order will be shipped out within a maximum or 5 business days. Returns

If you would like to return a defective product, please send us an email at LunarLooxInfo@Gmail.com. Most products without defects or ordering the wrong product will be charged a 20% restocking fee if the correct part is not ordered. Any return/refund inquiries outside of the 60-day timeframe since you purchased the product, returns are not guaranteed. Parts that are not defective may not be eligible for a return.

Having Issues Installing Our Product?

If you are having issues installing any of our products, please email us at LunarLooxInfo@gmail.com. We typically respond within 1 business day and can provide installation instructions. If the parts simply do not work for your vehicle, we can provide a full refund once the pieces are returned. The parts should not be damaged, tampered with, or modified by any means to qualify for a refund.
