All of our products are designed and made in-house to order. Typically, your order will be shipped out within a maximum of 5 business days. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please send us an email at info@lunarloox.com. If you would like us to expedite your order, please send us an email at info@lunarloox.com prior to submitting your order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us for a replacement or a full refund. Non-defective returns, such as a change of mind or the wrong part being ordered, carry a 20% restocking fee. Custom-designed projects and one-off prototypes are not eligible for return. To qualify, parts must be undamaged, unaltered, and unmodified. Please send us an email at info@lunarloox.com to start a return.

If you are having issues installing any of our products, please email us at info@lunarloox.com. We typically respond within one business day and can provide installation instructions. If a part is damaged or non-functional, we can replace it or provide a full refund within 30 days of delivery. If the part is not defective but was ordered for the wrong vehicle, our standard return policy applies. Parts must remain undamaged, unaltered, and unmodified in any way to qualify.
