SECTION 1 - AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

Lunar Loox specializes in custom-designed, 3D-printed automotive parts.

• Professional Installation: We strongly recommend that all parts (specifically gauge adapters, mounts, and electronic components) be installed by a professional technician.
• User Responsibility: The buyer assumes all risk and liability for the installation and use of Lunar Loox products. We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle, electrical systems, or components resulting from improper installation or misuse.
• Off-Road Use: Some products may be intended for off-road or show use only. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local vehicle laws and regulations.

SECTION 2 - MANUFACTURING CHARACTERISTICS

Our products are manufactured in-house utilizing 3D printing and CAD design.

• Finish & Aesthetics: Due to the nature of 3D printing (FDM/SLA), parts may exhibit minor layer lines or surface variations. These are not considered defects but are a standard characteristic of the manufacturing process.
• Material Integrity: We test our designs for automotive environments, but extreme heat or chemical exposure may affect 3D-printed materials over time.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS & PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product (or any part thereof) without notice.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, & RESTOCKING

Our return policy is designed to support the custom nature of our work:

• Defects: If an item arrives damaged or non-functional, please contact info@lunarloox.com within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• Restocking Fee: Non-defective returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong part ordered) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Exclusions: Custom-designed projects or one-off prototypes are non-refundable.

SECTION 5 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Lunar Loox, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits or vehicle damage, arising from your use of any of our products.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
